Baring It All Today in this Off The Shoulder Eyelet top which is oh so sweet and coming undone in some oh so trendy Frayed Denim!
Frayed Denim has been seen all over the runways and the streets this Spring and Summer 2016. The degree of fraying is up to your discretion as you can find almost every possibility imaginable. One major perk to the frayed denim trend is that it’s a great way to draw attention to your fabulous shoes! It’s like icing on a cake! And who doesn’t love cake? Don’t leave this trend to just your pant hems! Denim is coming undone in a multitude of chic ways, from jeans to dresses to jackets and even accessories. Frayed edges on our favorite blues are clearly here to stick around through Fall as well. The raw shaggy edges add great edgy textural appeal to our everyday denim.
While Eyelet isn’t particularly itself a trend, we have seen designers doing a lot with fabrics such as perforations, crocheting and embroidery. Eyelet designs have such a sweet and dreamy feminine element to them. The Eyelet element is also great for the hot summer months as it adds breathability in your cotton duds! You can opt for a cute top to pair with your favorite bottoms or find a cute Eyelet dress which allows for maximum breathability!

My “Coming Undone” title couldn’t be any more fitting in my life right now. I feel as though I have no control and that I desperately wish for things to be one way while they prove time and time and time again to be another. It’s a really disappointing and defeating feeling when you have invested so much in to something and done nothing but try to preserve it without prevail. In the midst of my crisis I must chose to love myself more than the situation. I must be the mom and influencer Christ has called me to be to a little boy who is depending on me to show him where true strength comes from. In the midst of my trials I must keep my focus on the one true provider whom loves me unconditionally despite my failings and fleeting feelings. While I feel so out of control of my situation I can rest assured that God is in total control, but we all struggle with our ability to trust and not fear. I pray that whatever you are facing you will find comfort and strength, no matter how big or small the battle.
