Ahhhhk, the back, the back on this dress, THE BACK people! Back to the back – I kid, so moving on, typically I would never choose such a deep cut V-neck on me, but since I quit breastfeeding my boobs for once are smaller than ever (literally I’ve always had huge natural boobs for my petite frame shrugs) and therefore I could partake in a rather slinky dress without feeling like it was all hanging out… except side boob, there’s definitely side boobage, but who doesn’t love a lil’ that. I really am obsessed with dress – the plunge (b/c I normally never dare), the amazing back with minimal ok no coverage, and the beautiful emerald green coloring and print b/c I literally can’t help myself with prints.
I chose to pair this fun dress with a modern trench with leather sleeves and great zipper detailing. I waited all winter 2014 for this coat to go on sale after seeing it in the Aritzia store in NYC off 5th Ave. When it did my girls at the Dallas store helped me order it and have it shipped to the store! And oMg it was well worth the wait – hell it would have been worth the original price! honestly I have loved all my purchases from this brand for both myself and my clients!
I wanted to keep my jewelry minimal (which is super rare in my case I’m a more is more kinda girl lets be real) and modern so I went with these cool mixed metal cuffs I got at Forever XX1 ages ago, my usual ring bling and this cool double choker with drop chain detailing that followed the cut of the dress. Throw in the Emerald Rebecca Minkoff Moto Fringe Satchel and green and citrus colored snakeskin lace up heels and this girl is ready for a night out – or pictures on the sidewalk 😉
