Brunching with babe, bae or the babes? Summer outfit inspiration needed? This adorable romper dress has you covered! Seriously when I first picked it up to try I thought it was just a dress, but when I went to slip it on I realized it actually had leg holes = mind blown! Plus the low cut back is so perfect for any outdoor activity! Seriously this little romper piece of perfection couldn’t get any better…. but wait…. there’s freaking pockets! I mean c’mon, this whole little number is absolutely adorable and therefore I couldn’t pass it up. Rompers are great especially for us moms, they give coverage and stability during all the running after and picking up of our children. Rompers are also a great alternative to dresses because they tend to give the illusion of a waist by either having a tie or a waist band. There are so many great options out there to try. I seriously need to wear this one quite a few more times to finish getting my summer outfit fix with this little number. I’ll probably rock it again with some flat sandals and it would actually work great with some cute wedge espadrilles, or just wedges in general. I haven’t bought any recently and retired my old and worn looking ones, so I should probably be on the hunt. Honestly I’m just so in love with the block heels lately because they are a perfect option for going from work mode to mom mode most days!
The print and coloring of this dress really had me at H-E-L-L-O too! It’s tropical yet whimsical and the muted colors are just beautiful to me. Totally not typical. This same print is available in a few other little options like a camisole top and skirt and I think I even saw a bodysuit or swimsuit that I wish now I would have picked up for an upcoming vacation! Guess I can scour every H&M between Frisco and downtown Dallas lol… actually don’t laugh I just might. HA!
We made our way to Bishop Arts area for some brunching no long ago at Oddfellows and it was humid as heck! But they have the cutest little patio with flowers, and Theo was totally loving driving his trucks all over the tables. I carry these guys everywhere. He’s obsessed with anything with wheels and they prove to be a lifesaver time and time again! They are great for pool or sand too! So easy to wash clean. They came in a set of 6 in a little zippered plastic bag.
I’ve been obsessed with folding up Theo’s jeans like this! They make for the cutest summer outfit. What happens with him is he grows taller but his waist stays super tiny! Any mommas with me out there? So it’s the perfect way to extend the life of this jeans that may be too short for your mini. Seriously I think those jeans are like a 12-18 month! And he even has a pair of 9-12 months jeans he can still wear like this! So luckily whatever I size up for him in the fall to fit him length wise I can almost count on him to wear into the summer when I roll them up like this! Janie and Jack always has the cutest stuff. Honestly a lot of their stuff for boys isn’t quite my style, but it is still super adorable! I’m always stocking up on their latest button downs though! They always have the cutest colors for the season and I always love the linen ones for summer. This plaid one was so different to me! I had to get it and then I realized how great it matched my dress. It’s on sale right now for like $15! Hope our looks give you plenty of outfit inspiration for your next fun summer outing!
