It’s a new work week and that means coming up with 5 more days of office outfit ideas! Luckily, spring dresses are an easy addition in to your office attire. We all have them, and most of us in a variety of styles and silhouettes that will work in the office, the big question is how to style them to be office outfit appropriate! Or to just add that business quality element.

Dresses are honestly so easy to style. Almost every dress can be easily layered with a simple blazer! Pop on a cute necklace or an appropriate accessory such as a sleek watch here and add a great pair of pumps or strappy heels and you are good to go! You probably just want to make sure they are comfortable for the work day ahead, especially if your job requires quite a bit of walking.

This gorgeous spring dress is a steal at just $40 from H&M! I included it in my last product collage as one my top spring dresses for weddings here. Pencil dresses are a great option for office outfits because they are slimming and work great on all body types and age ranges and pair perfectly with blazers. They are also less fuss than a pencil skirt and top. In order to keep your dress office appropriate ensure that your hem falls just at the knee. If you are petite you may want to have it altered to just above the knee, but no higher.

How to style an office outfit from day to date night or happy hour you ask? So easy! Simply shrug off that blazer if you wish and amp up your makeup with a smoky eye or bold lip that compliments your dress and be sure to grab a great clutch or small cross-body! Needing more outfit ideas you say?? Maybe you’re going from office outfit to play-date or picking up the kids and running errands sling on some great sandals and exchange the structure of that blazer for maybe a cool denim jacket or button up! You can wear it as normal or even simply tie it around your waist to make your office outfit more casual cool girl chic! Especially with floral prints denim can pair really well! I’m totally looking forward to rocking this dress with a chambray button up worn loose and/or tying the ends up in a little bow up front right where the black and white meets and rolling up the sleeves a bit for a great lived in look!

Go out and have a fabulously stylish work week loves!

Colossians 3:22-24 “Slaves obey your earthly masters in everything; and do it, not only when their eye is on you and to curry their favor, but with sincerity of heart and reverence for the Lord. Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord Christ you are serving.” (Go forth and pursue a Greater Passion, not your own passion, but God’s passion. Your real purpose is about revealing Him to others through your actions.)
